Rachael - Director of Client Services
Hello! My name is Rachael Vinocur, and I am thrilled to introduce myself as the new Director of Client Services at Ark Valley Financial. I’ve had the pleasure of meeting many of you already, but here is a little more about me for those I have yet to connect with.
Originally from Ohio, I attended Kent State University for a few years before transferring and graduating from Colorado State University. With horses at the center of my life, I received my Bachelor of Science Degree in Equine Science. Before graduation, I started managing and training at horse farms in Colorado and Pennsylvania. Once school was complete, I moved to Utah where I managed a prestigious hunter/jumper facility in Park City. Also, during this time, I coached the instructors and ran a program at the National Abilities Center for their Equine Department. When the time felt right to explore new endeavors, I took on various roles and expanded my work experience. I’ve been a Sales Lead at Deer Valley Ski Resort, a Small and Large Animal Veterinary Technician for 10 years, a Sales Operations Coordinator for Cision, and a National Sales Specialist for Spectrum Reach. This brings us to my recent work history where I was employed as Embrace Pet Insurance’s Business Development Representative. Here I worked to cultivate and support the relationships with Allstate, Geico, USAA, and many other major insurance companies.
When Edward began developing and expanding Valued Capital Advisors into Ark Valley Financial, it was apparent that he could use an extra hand on this journey. Since we work extremely well together and support each other to the fullest, it seemed like a no-brainer for me to join the team. I am thrilled to be able to apply my previous work experience to my role at AVF and provide an exceptional customer experience for clients.
On a more personal note, as you probably already know from Edward, I love to be outdoors! Together we enjoy downhill and backcountry skiing, mountain biking, hiking and climbing the amazing mountains around us, rafting and SUP’ing down the Arkansas River, snowshoeing, and anything else our valley offers. I am obsessed with our English Bulldogs, Rhonda, and Sheila, who you’ll often see featured in our posts. I like to consider myself a major foodie and enjoy cooking nearly every meal at home with Food Network or music in the background.
Now that you know a bit more about me, I am eager to connect with and learn more about all of you. Since joining AVF we’ve been off to the races! I am so excited for what the future holds for us, and you, as our valued clients.
